On the spacious terrace you can chill with a glas of wine from the island or fresh spring water from your own spring and enjoy the breath-taking view over the Atlantic Ocean. Here no wishes remain.
The house is perfectly equipped for 2 persons.
The high-quality living / dining kitchen is the central room of the house. Here is a well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area, as well as a comfortable couch and satellite TV with international TV and radio stations. Adjacent are the modern bathroom with shower and the spacious bedroom, fully equipped with double bed (160 × 200), satellite TV and cupboards with plenty of space for luggage and clothing.
Prices
Price per day for an occupancy with two persons:
65,- EUR (April-September)
75,- EUR (October-March)
One additional person on request: 15,-EUR/day
Including all additional costs (bed linen, towels, electricity, water, gas, W-LAN, service by our house management on site).
Plus final cleaning : 80,- EUR (to be paid on site at the house management)
Arrival/Departure day: Flexible
Minimum rental period: 5 days
For longer stays ( more than 2 weeks) or short term bookings we will gladly make you an offer.
